Festive and successful jubilee

This years jubilee edition of the festival has set a new record: 10.050 visitors have enjoyed the higlights of Latin-American cinema in the Louis Hartlooper Complex and the Ledig Erf.

The 10.050 visitors came to the LAFF for film screenings, live music, debates and talkshows. In 2008 we welcomed 8.500 visitors for this programma. Besides increased ticket sales for the films in the Louis Hartlooper Complex, the open air programme on the Ledig Erf and the neighborhoods of Utrecht succeeded in reaching extra visitors.

The LAFF goes ON TOUR from the 15th of may until the 23rd of july with an extensive and free film programme, to Eindhoven, Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Veenendaal, Breda, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Tilburg, Nijmegen and Rotterdam. We will do this in co-operation with CosyMo's Solar Cinema: the first cinema on solar energy in the Netherlands. The expected total number of visitors for the entire programme is 12.000.

The 6th Latin American Film Festival will take place from the 6th until the 14th of May 2010.
